The work, in full
Everything happens in six hours.
Between a 10:00 checkout and a 16:00 check-in there is one window, and it either closes properly or your next guest writes about it. This is the sequence STORRA runs on every turnaround.
- 10:00 Guest checks outDeparture message sent, access code rotated, late-checkout charge applied if it ran over.
- 10:20 Cleaner dispatchedJob issued with the property's own inventory checklist — not a generic one.
- 11:30 Linen swapped, consumables restockedFresh sets in, used sets out, welcome stock replaced to the same standard every time.
- 13:00 Photo checkDamage, stock levels and presentation signed off against the last set of photos. Anything broken is logged before the next guest can be blamed for it.
- 14:00 Listing reopened and repricedTonight's rate checked against live local demand before the room goes back on sale.
- 16:00 Next guest checks inID verified, house rules acknowledged, access code issued for their stay only.
That is one changeover. STORRA runs it every time, so that you never have to be free at 13:00 on a Tuesday.

What moves your rate inside the band
- How many properties you put under management — a second and third unit lower the rate.
- Distance from the Milton Keynes and Northampton corridor.
- Turnaround frequency. A city-centre flat averaging two nights a booking is not a cottage averaging seven.
- Whether linen and consumables are billed through us or bought by you.
Coverage
Close enough to be there the same morning.
Core
Also covered
This is a corridor with two different short-let economies running through it. Milton Keynes and Northampton fill midweek on contractors, relocations and hospital stays. The villages, Towcester and the Silverstone side fill on weekends and event calendars, at rates a city flat never sees.
They need opposite pricing strategies and opposite turnaround rhythms. Being local means we run yours on the pattern your property is actually in — and can be at the door the same morning when something goes wrong.
Founding clients
STORRA is taking on its first managed properties now.
We're new, and we'd rather say so than pretend otherwise. Here is what that actually buys you.

Tell me about the property.
Fill this in and it opens a ready-written message on WhatsApp or in your email — you send it, nothing is submitted from this page. I'll come back with a realistic revenue range for that property and a fee inside the band.
